Reliability Engineer

SUMMARY
We are seeking a Reliability Lead to join a growing, global packaging manufacturing operation in Pryor, Oklahoma. This individual will play a critical role in driving equipment reliability, leading maintenance execution, and improving overall plant performance through proactive and data-driven initiatives.

DESCRIPTION

• Drive mechanical and electrical reliability across all assigned equipment, ensuring optimal uptime and performance
• Lead planned, predictive, and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and eliminate failures
• Oversee work order management, including creation, execution, accuracy, and closure within CMMS systems
• Conduct and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts to identify, resolve, and prevent recurring equipment issues
• Partner with operations and leadership to align maintenance priorities with production goals
• Support production changeovers and transitions to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and direction to maintenance technicians and frontline teams
• Track and improve key performance metrics, including OEE, downtime, and maintenance effectiveness
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean Manufacturing principles

REQUIREMENTS

• Hands-on maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment (packaging or paper preferred)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide teams
• Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause resolution
• Demonstrated ability to improve KPIs such as uptime, work order completion, and reliability metrics
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong commitment to safety and maintaining a safe work environment
