Reliability Engineer

Join our dynamic team as the leader of our reliability initiatives, ensuring all plants' operations and equipment are safe, efficient, and compliant. You will collaborate with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams to optimize the reliability and maintainability of both new and existing systems. You'll spearhead efforts that target improving equipment longevity and process efficiency, infrastructure and utilities performance, and enhancing control and safety mechanisms. Your role will involve the creation, execution, and ongoing advancement of maintenance strategies, focusing on valuable predictive and preventive solutions. With a keen eye for system failures, you will create and apply sustainable strategies that enhance production capacity, quality assurance, operational expenditures, and compliance with safety regulations. You'll be instrumental in delivering technical expertise to resolve urgent and routine equipment challenges, while also mentoring the Maintenance team through comprehensive training programs.
