Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services, with more than 3,500 patent families essential for 5G, a strong 5G portfolio, and a frontrunner position in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).MN RF Verification is seeking a technical leader to drive reliability testing and qualification of cellular base stations, supporting the design and development of these systems by testing their long‑term reliability. In this role, you will partner closely with R&D during new product development and continue to support products throughout their lifecycle, with a primary focus on unit‑ and module‑level hardware reliability verification.Responsibilities Reliability program planning and reliability test planning for all US based programsCreating reliability prediction analysis and reports using PTC Windchill with Telcordia standardParticipate in the global reliability guild as the reliability representative for the USConduct reliability risk analysis and early reliability assessments using DFMEA, Sherlock thermal modelling, etc. Integral part of the Feasibility Analysis phases for new productsKey contact person in the US for reliability issues, including customer casesWorking closely with global reliability teams on reliability testing processes and innovationLessons learned and feedback from escaped defects and feeding back into the reliability and design process for improvementWork closely with the PD design teams on all reliability matters and participate in root cause failure analysis and failure analysisQualifications Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunications5-10 years' experience as a Reliability Engineer in electronic design, preferably telecommunications, including planning and execution5-10 years experience in reliability predictions and reliability modelling, preferably using PTC Windchill and TelcordiaExperience in reliability testing techniques and methods, with proven experience in running reliability test programs and planningExperience with using Fault Management Tools, root cause failure analysis and corrective actionExperience in test equipment operation, including Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, etcExperience tracking/reporting metrics and gathering and analyzing data from various sources and producing test reportsExperience working in a cross‑functional team/matrixed environmentYou have Fluent in MS Word, MS Excel, MS OfficeExcellent verbal and written communications skillsTechnical leadership and reliability management experienceShould be a good planner and organizerIt would be nice if you also had Programming ability in Python, or similar for testing, data acquisition, and analysis4G/5G Test ExperienceRecruitment Process We act inclusively and respect the uniqueness of people.
