Reliability Engineer

Our client is seeking a Reliability Engineer to support safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations by improving equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance strategies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesImprove equipment reliability, availability, and maintainability across plant operations.
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective actions.
Develop and optimize Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) programs.
Analyze maintenance and operational data to identify reliability improvements.
Troubleshoot pumps, compressors, motors, heat exchangers, piping systems, and process equipment.
Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Utilize CMMS systems to support maintenance planning and asset management.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, Process Safety Management (PSM), and plant safety standards.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
3+ years of experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Plant Engineering, or Manufacturing Operations.
Experience in manufacturing, chemical, petrochemical, refinery, or heavy industrial environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of industrial equipment including pumps, compressors, motors, heat exchangers, piping systems, and process instrumentation.
Hands-on experience with RCA, FMEA, RCM, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, Vibration Analysis, and Oil Analysis.
Experience using CMMS systems.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
CMRP Certification.
Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience.
Experience with process control systems and instrumentation.
