This is a great opportunity for someone who loves getting into the details of how equipment works—and how to keep it working. You’ll be the go-to problem solver for mechanical issues, leading RCAs, improving PM strategies, and helping the team move from reactive to proactive maintenance.
You won’t be stuck behind a desk—this role is hands-on and highly visible. You'll be in the field with the techs, coaching operators, digging into data in SAP, and working directly with vendors to keep the plant running at peak performance. The right person brings strong technical chops, solid communication skills, and a natural ability to earn trust and drive change.
