Communicate effectively and confidently with clients, subcontractors, and internal groups. Respond to field and client inquiries timely.Thorough understanding and experience in the detailed design and construction of utility substations (MV through EHV) primarily focused on protection and control systems including one‑line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, SCADA, communications, AC and DC station service systems, cable sizing/routing, instrument transformers, circuit breakers, power transformers, and autotransformers.Full understanding of substation physical and electrical layouts, substation equipment specifications, general arrangement, grounding, and outdoor bus design.Review RFP and help ensure that engineering estimates are complete and accurate.
