New Washington State Bank is looking for a dedicated leader for our Floyds Knobs branch. This individual will be responsible for expanding the customer base and branch profitability in our target market while maintaining current customer relationships by correctly identifying and servicing their financial needs. Requires conducting outside sales calls to both existing and prospective customers. Responsible for the overall performance of their branch and communicates and directs team to effectively meet expected performance standards. Lead team members for optimal performance, professional growth, engagement and positive culture.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Relationship Office Manager to ensure that staff perform their job duties in a safe compliant manner Responsibilities.
- Coach, train and mentor team to enhance performance and support professional growth.
- Ensure that all branch personnel understand the overall company objectives as well as their indi vidual office performance goals and what they can do to help reach these goals.
- Lead branch(es) to achieve financial and service goals set by management.
- Join community organizations and participate in community and promotional events, which foster their personal development and promote a positive image of NWSB in the community.
Education or Equivalent:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience
