BRMi is seeking a REL Business Systems Analyst to Compile, research, analyze, and document data, requirements, workflows, and functionality for Mortgage teams. Develop and evaluate information to prepare actionable recommendations. Collaborate with REL Technology and REL Support teams to create, manage, and maintain product boards and backlogs.

Responsibilities:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio); produces polished, professional deliverables.
Skilled in data querying, reporting, and analysis (e.g., SQL).
Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of IT solution development and delivery.
Effective planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with Navy Federal's ServiceNow platform and internal products, services, and policies.
Preferred: Certifications in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field-or equivalent combination of education and experience.
