Encompass Health seeks a Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist to deliver patient‑centered therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence‑based interventions to improve activities of daily living, cognition, and mobility. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, PTs, SLPs, and case managers to support safe discharge and community reintegration. Document progress accurately, educate patients and families, and uphold high-quality, compassionate care in a nurturing, dynamic, and growth‑oriented environment.
