As a Rehabilitation Aide, you'll be an important part of the therapy team, supporting patient care, assisting therapists during treatment sessions, and helping individuals regain strength, mobility, function, and independence. You'll gain valuable exposure to rehabilitation services in both outpatient and long-term care settings while building skills that can help prepare you for future healthcare education and career opportunities.

What You Will Do:
- Assist therapists with treatment preparation, setup, and cleanup.
- Support patient care activities and treatment sessions under therapist direction.
- Assist with restorative care and transportation of residents within the long-term care setting.
- Prepare and maintain treatment spaces to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Change linens and sanitize treatment areas between patient visits.
- Perform front office responsibilities including:
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Entering patient charges
- Providing administrative support
- Assist with therapy department closing duties and other tasks that support daily operations.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- BLS certification required
- Experience in patient care preferred
