Rehab Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing general rehab, stroke rehab, spinal cord rehab, and brain injury rehab.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and document outcomes accurately.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Support patient and family education to promote recovery and wellness.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a rehab setting.
- Epic electronic health record system experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with stroke, spinal cord, or brain injury rehabilitation.
- BLS certification.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Valid RN license in good standing.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a hospital or specialized rehab facility.
Other Requirements:
- Must be willing to work night shifts (3x12-hour shifts from 18:30 to 07:00).
- Weekend and float coverage required.
- No travel required for this role.
- Current BLS certification is mandatory.
