Rehab Program Manager - Assisting DOR

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Flexible, 40 hours per week

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation Center

In this role you'll:

  • continue treating patients while gaining valuable leadership experience

  • gain valuable experience through program management, scheduling, and administrative coordination.

  • serve as the primary point of connection between the therapy team and the Director of Rehab (DOR).

  • emphasize on program leadership rather than people management, offering growth without stepping away from clinical practice.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from Therapy program
  • Current license or ability to obtain as a therapist or therapy assistant in the state of practice

As a lead in the building, you'll treat patients while getting some experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Director of Rehab.
