Responsibilities

As a Director of Rehab (Program Manager), you will be responsible for supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community. As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA, PT, OTR or COTA).
  • Hold a valid state license.
  • At least 1 year of previous managerial experience required (DOR or Assistant DOR) in Long Term Care/CCRC Setting Required
