Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional physical therapy services to residents
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Oversee and support rehab staff as Director
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or eligible for a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Louisiana
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
