Job Description

The Workforce Management Support Consultant is an individual contributor responsible for delivering data-driven workforce insights, operational reporting, and automation solutions that enable effective workforce planning, financial tracking, and executive decision-making. This role supports large, complex organizations by analyzing high-volume workforce data, producing executive-ready materials, and driving efficiency through advanced automation and scalable reporting solutions.

The role requires strong analytical capability, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, advanced Power Automate expertise, Power BI dashboard development and data modeling experience, and exceptional communication skills to effectively partner with stakeholders and senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large, complex workforce datasets to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support workforce planning and financial tracking
  • Build and optimize data models, relationships, and DAX measures to enable scalable and accurate reporting
  • Develop and deploy AI-powered agent workflows (leveraging Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform) to consolidate, automate, and enhance reporting across multiple workforce management systems
  • Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations
  • Communicate insights clearly and confidently to senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Design and implement Power Automate workflows to streamline reporting and processes
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation across multiple data sources
  • Partner with Finance, HR, Technology, and Business teams on workforce planning needs
  • Support data visualization standards, governance, and report performance optimization within Power BI
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience in workforce management, analytics, or business execution
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas)
  • Advanced Power Automate experience building end-to-end workflows
  • Proven experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports in a business environment
  • Strong understanding of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and data transformation (Power Query/M)
  • Experience connecting Power BI to multiple data sources (Excel, SharePoint, databases, etc.)
  • Expert-level PowerPoint skills with executive storytelling capability
  • Strong AI literacy with hands-on experience using Microsoft Copilot to automate workflows, generate insights, and improve reporting efficiency
  • Experience designing or implementing AI-driven solutions (e.g., agent workflows, prompt-based automation, intelligent data summarization) in a business environment
  • Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to reduce manual effort and improve data quality, speed, and decision support
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
