REGULATORY MANAGER

Job Description:
The Regulatory Manager is responsible for working collaboratively with R&D, Program Management, Graphic Arts, Customer Accounts, Supply Chain teams, and external consultants to ensure that products and supporting materials meet all domestic and international regulatory requirements.

Job Skills:
  • 2-5 years of experience working in a regulatory environment, specializing in Europe and Asia with desired managerial experience
  • Proven experience with research, interpretation and implementation of government regulations
  • Strong analytical and technical writing skills in a professional environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in electronic and paper applications
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic and collaborative work environment

Job Responsibilities:
  • Keep current on regional and country specific regulatory requirements with emphasis on Europe and Asia
  • Compile product registration packages to submit to government authorities
  • Maintain product registrations
  • Coordinate and manage global regulatory consultants
  • Prepare formula disclosures for regulatory officials and customers
  • Provide regulatory information for customer specific requests
  • Maintain Regulatory Calendar
  • Maintain and update Poison Control data and files globally
  • Determine REACH eligibility of products and substances by reviewing formula and EU regulations; lead annual REACH reporting and registration duties
  • Ensure label compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Determine proper classification and labeling requirements for hazardous shipments
  • Provide Tier II reports to state and local agencies
  • Maintain tariff classification and certificates of origin for finished products
  • Work with consultants to create domestic and international SDS
  • All other duties assigned
