We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Regulatory Documentation Coordinatorfor a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Durham, NC, 27701.Details of the position are as follows: 
 
Job Description: 
  • Pay: $28.00-$35.00/hr to start!
  • 5-month assignment with the possibility of extension or conversion based on budget and performance.
  • Hybrid Role.
  • Position will mainly be responsible for preparing, submitting, and tracking regulatory licensing applications and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal, state, and industry requirements.
  • Responsibilities also include serving as a liaison between regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders by responding to inquiries, providing status updates, maintaining licensing records, and communicating regulatory requirements across the organization.
  • Position will also be responsible for managing multiple licensing projects in a deadline-driven environment, utilizing strong organizational, document management, and Microsoft Office skills to support compliance, process improvements, and timely issue escalation.
 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree is required!
  • 2+ years’ experience within the pharma or blood industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe PDF is required!
