Regulatory Compliance & Audit Engineer (ISO 9001/NQA-1)

Reporting to the Manager, I&C Quality and Operations Planning, you’ll serve as a go-to resource for Global I&C in Warrendale, PA (hybrid), ensuring our work aligns with contracts and Westinghouse quality program standards.

You Will

• Translate contractual and Westinghouse quality requirements into clear project planning documents.
• Conduct in-process software audits and drive follow-up actions.
• Coordinate readiness for customer audits and provide on-the-spot support during their execution.
• Certify that products shipping from GICP meet all contractual and Westinghouse quality program requirements via records review prior to release.
• Review and comment on project deliverables to strengthen quality and compliance.
• Manage Level 3 procedure maintenance activities for Global I&C.
• Ensure Corrective Action Program (CAP) issues are resolved to closure per program expectations.
• Plan and lead internal audits; participate on internal audit teams; support ISO certification audits.
• Advise GIC managers and personnel on quality program questions.
• Evaluate and comment on proposed Level 2 procedure revisions.

Is This You?

• 6+ years of experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to Quality Assurance.
• Technical bachelor’s degree.
• Nuclear industry background is a plus, not a must.
• Knowledge of ISO standards; familiarity with ASME NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, and 10 CFR 21 is preferred.
• Working knowledge/experience with ISO 9001.
• SAP exposure is beneficial but not required.

Hybrid schedule from our Warrendale, PA office, partnering closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams.
