Job Title: Regulatory Affairs SpecialistJob Description
The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will create and manage compliant product packaging labels for food products such as cake and donut mixes, ensuring full alignment with state and federal regulations. This role focuses on accurate ingredient declarations, allergen labeling, and nutrition facts panel generation, while supporting the R&D team to ensure new recipes and formulas meet all regulatory requirements for target markets. The specialist will actively research and interpret regulatory guidelines, monitor changes in the regulatory landscape, and use Genesis software and data tools to maintain high standards of food labeling compliance.

Work Environment
This is a first-shift, full-time role based fully onsite in an office setting, operating Monday through Friday during standard business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The dress code is business casual. The environment is professional and collaborative, with regular interaction with R&D and other internal teams. Genesis software, data tools, and MS Excel are core technologies used daily to manage labeling and regulatory information. Eligible consultants may access medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as a 401(k) program. Employees in California are eligible for 24 hours of sick pay after 90 days of employment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $58.00/hr.
