Position Summary:
Performs a variety of complex clerical and statistical record keeping duties related to the enrollment, graduation or withdrawal of high school students including those in special programs, according to established policies and procedures. Receives, sets up, and evaluates records, updates files with class credits and grades, and evaluates records for compliance with graduation requirements. Maintains and archives academic records.

Salary: $26.14 - $34.58 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary placement is based on relevant experience.
Location: CCAA 7-12
Hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4+ hours per day (Full district contribution for 6+ hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day).
Education and Experience:
The position typically requires a high school diploma and college-level coursework in business practices, or equivalent, and three years of progressive experience providing administrative support in records, attendance, and data entry of student information. Additional higher education may substitute for some experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
May require a valid driver’s license. Requires manual and finger dexterity to write, keyboard at 40 w.p.m.
