What Youll Do:
As a Registration Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Provides a professional first point of contact by greeting clients and visitors and directing them as needed.
Answers incoming calls across multiple programs to ensure callers are routed accurately and efficiently.
Handles financial transactions, including the collection of co-payments and self-payments for services.
Initiates and updates intake paperwork for new and returning clients while maintaining strict confidentiality.
What Youll Bring:The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in an office environment or customer service role (healthcare experience preferred).
The ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
