Registration Clerk -- Evenings & Weekends

Clay County Medical Center is seeking a dependable team member to join our Registration Department with evening and weekend availability. This Regular Relief position is typically scheduled for fewer than 20 hours per week and offers a flexible part-time schedule.

Shifts include one or two evenings during the week, approximately 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., along with every other weekend on either the 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. shift or the 3:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. shift.

Starting pay is at least $15.43 per hour, dependent upon experience, plus a shift differential for evening hours worked. Regular Relief employees accrue paid time off and receive a free Wellness Center membership.

Job Duties:

• Greet patients
• Register their information into the computer system
• Collect, scan, and enter insurance information
• Other duties as assigned

• Exemplary customer service skills
• Basic office skills
• Good communication and people skills
• Detail orientated with extreme accuracy
• Need to be organized and be able to multitask
• Previous hospital experience is preferred but not required
