At Kaua'i Medical Clinic, the Urgent Access Clinic provides treatment of minor illnesses and injuries on a walk-in basis in a medical facility outside the hospital emergency room. The Urgent Access Clinic offers general medical care, occupational medicine, X-rays, vaccines, school and sports physicals and limited on-site prescriptions. It is especially convenient when patients cannot wait for an appointment or their doctor is on vacation.
As the Clinic Registrar Receptionist, you will be on the front line of customer service and support for patients and guests. This involves performing a broad array of administrative and customer service tasks to process clinic patients and coordinate their needs with physician services. We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service and communication skills, ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision and a commitment to creating a healthier Hawai'i.
