In a unique and visible way, he makes Christ's mission present and enduring as the Shepherd of the Christian Community. In order to fulfill his mission, the Diocesan Bishop employs suitable, chosen collaborators, who are clerics, religious, and lay people. He shares with them the apostolic mission and entrusts various responsibilities to them. Each position employed in the Diocese of Corpus Christi helps to extend the ministry of the Diocesan Bishop in particular ways as outlined in the job duties and responsibilities. Therefore, this position is closely connected to and assists the Diocesan Bishop in the performance of his ministry and thereby engages in ministry for the church. When this is a full‑time position, the employee is eligible for medical insurance and other benefits offered by the Diocese of Corpus Christi.Key Responsibilities Act as an integral part of ministry for the Church, supporting and upholding the philosophy of Catholic ministry and the mission of the Diocese of Corpus Christi in both professional and personal lifeAct as a witness to Gospel values by modelling the teachings of the Catholic ChurchContinuously grow in the ministry by participating in religious ceremonies, training sessions, and reflection activities as directedServe as the official custodian of student academic recordsManage student enrollment, withdrawal, transfer, and admissions documentationMaintain accurate student demographic, academic, attendance, and enrollment data in FACTSServe as a primary administrator for the student information system, including data integrity, reporting, troubleshooting, and user supportPrepare and issue official transcripts and academic recordsSupport verification of graduation requirements and academic standingMaintain and monitor attendance records and generate attendance reports for school leadershipSupport school leadership, counselors, faculty, athletics, and admissions with accurate student data and reportsManage required reporting through systems such as TREx, NCEA Databank, SEVIS, and other school or diocesan reporting processesMaintain strict confidentiality of student records and school informationSupport accreditation, institutional review, graduation preparation, and other administrative processes as assignedMental/Physical Demands Ability to lift 10 pounds or moreAbility to maintain composure under duressAbility to maintain confidentialityQualifications The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail‑oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable working with student information systems and confidential records.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or Office Administration, Education Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of two years of experience in school operations, records management, data systems, or a related settingExperience with student information systems; FACTS experience a plusProficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational, communication, and record‑keeping skillsStrong attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgmentCommitment to the mission and values of Catholic educationAdditional Requirements Must be 21 years of age or olderValid Texas driver's license requiredMust successfully complete a criminal history background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screeningCertification in Safe Environment training provided by the Office for Safe Environment and Child & Family Resources is requiredMust adhere to all diocesan policies and procedures#J-18808-Ljbffr
