Registered Veterinary Technician

Companion Animal Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our dedicated team!

In this role, you will:

• Provide exceptional patient care during surgical and dental procedures, including anesthesia monitoring, patient preparation and recovery, and dental cleanings with radiographs.
• Support efficient exam room workflow while delivering outstanding client communication.
• Review treatment plans, provide clear discharge instructions, and answer client questions with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with veterinarians and team members to carry out treatment plans and ensure the highest level of patient care during outpatient visits.

This is a full-time, 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday, no weekends!

Full-time benefits and compensation**:

• Compensation: $24 - $29 per hour, for each hour worked*
• Bonus package: $2000

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

• 3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
• Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of Colorado
• Proficiency in the following skills:
  • Client communication
  • Anesthesia induction and monitoring
  • Dental prophy
  • IVC placement
  • Outpatient care
