Job Summary and Qualifications Great care begins with caregivers who feel supported and prepared. As a Clinical Education Coordinator, your role will be to strengthen clinical learning across our market-ensuring teams have consistent training, seamless support, and organized systems that drive safe, high-quality patient care. Through coordination, reporting, and education operations, you will help colleagues stay prepared, empowered, and connected to our mission of caring for and improving human life. Your role will include:
• Coordinating clinical education schedules, student placements, materials, and communication. • Administering HealthStream, including course builds, learner data, and reporting. • Maintaining documentation to support accreditation and regulatory readiness. • Generating dashboards, participation trends, and program insights. • Assisting educators with logistics, workflow support, and operational improvements. • Supporting budget tracking, resources, and cost-aware decisions.
Requirements RD-STATE Registered Dietitian - State Bachelors Degree
