We are seeking aRegistered Nurse (RNN)in Hillsborough, NJ. The RN delivers care to individuals in a community setting utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. This person will interact with individuals, significant others, and health team members while maintaining the standards of professional nursing.
