Travel Registered Nurse - Telemetry (Nights)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Telemetry for a 13-week travel assignment in Claremont, NH.


Contract Details
  • 12HR Nights; 7p-7:30a - 36hrs/week
  • Start Date: 6/1/2026
  • Contract: 13 weeks
  • Location: Claremont, NH
  • Hourly Pay: $ 34.00
  • Non-taxed Stipend: $1246.00
  • Weekly Total Pay: $2164.00
  • Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
  • Traveler Policy: TRAVELERS UPLOADED TO THIS NEED MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH EACH SPECIALTY.
  • Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color
  • Patient Population: Newborn - Geriatric. 50% Rehab, 50% Acute
  • Drips Seen on Unit: Insulin, Heparin and Diltiazem for PCU.
  • MS/Tele: Typically blood use and antibiotics
  • LNA's on Unit: 3/Day and 3/Nights until Midnight. Admissions end at midnight. LNA's will take care of vitals unless busy
  • RN/Patient Ratio: 5:1, depending on acuity. Higher acuity PCU patients would be 3:1 or 4:1. This is for both day and night shifts.
  • Assessments/Shift: 1 main head to toe assessment, pain/braden/falls once per shift, and hourly rounding and any pain medication assessments as needed
  • Facility will not consider candidates who reside within 50 miles of the facility.
  • A 48HR GT IS NOT AVAILALBE FOR THIS NEED
  • BLOCK SCHEDULING IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS NEED

** Must be reachable and have voicemail set up on phones.

This is an MS, TELE and PCU NEED. This is a very small unit/facility, rural experience is preferred. Must be able to work independently/Hit the ground running!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using electrocardiogram (EKG) machines to continuously track heart performance
  • Analyzing EKG results to establish baselines and spot abnormalities
  • Recording EKG results to keep patient information accurate
  • Overseeing stress tests to assess patients’ heart function
  • Delivering emergency medical care when patients suffer heart attacks or other life-threatening problems
  • Overseeing and coordinating the activities of telemetry technicians and other staff in their units
  • Administering medications and other treatments ordered by physicians
  • Educating patients on lifestyle changes and ongoing treatments prior to discharge from the hospital

Compensation:

  • Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in the Medical/Surgical setting with cardiac monitoring required.
  • 3+ years PCU, Med /Surg, Tele experience is required
  • Tele experience is required
  • Basic dysrhythmia test is required in profile
  • Previous travel experience is highly preferred
  • Rural/small facility experience is highly preferred
  • Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
  • Active American Heart Association BLS is required
  • Active American Heart Association ACLS is required
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
