As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Lorien Taneytown, you will provide comprehensive, compassionate, and resident-centered nursing care that promotes the health, safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents. - Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, residents, and families to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records.
- Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and resident assessments.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards of practice.
- Promote infection prevention, resident safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide education, guidance, and support to residents, families, and staff members.
