Contract Duration: 14 Weeks

Pay Rate: $60 – $68/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5 Days per Week
Shift: Evening Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Hours per Shift: 8 Hours
Weekly Hours: Approx. 40 Hours

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNSUP) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team. The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing staff during assigned shifts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. This role involves providing clinical leadership, coordinating patient care activities, supporting interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, clinical expertise in long-term care, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and daily patient care activities during assigned shifts
  • Ensure all resident care is delivered in accordance with individualized care plans and facility standards
  • Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of resident care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments in compliance with clinical guidelines and regulations
  • Monitor resident conditions and report significant clinical changes to physicians
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
  • Conduct regular patient rounds and address resident and family concerns professionally
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Promote a safe, efficient, and compliant care environment

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program
  • BSN preferred; advanced degrees in Nursing or Healthcare Administration are a plus

Licensure & Certifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification – Required
  • COVID-19 Vaccination – Required

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of RN experience preferred
  • Prior experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care strongly preferred
