Weekly Hours – 36 hours.

Pay Rate for Local Candidates : $50.08/hr. or $1,802.88/week (W2).

• This rate applies to candidates living within a 50-mile radius of the hospital.

Pay Rate for Travel Candidates: $57.44/hr. or $2,067.84/week (including per diem).

• This rate applies to candidates who travel or live more than 50 miles from the client location.

• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
• Assists physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Performs various patient tests and administers medicatons within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Communicate and educate patients and families.
• Assesses and coordinates patient’s discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
• Carries out physician orders.
• Administers prescribed medications, changes dressings, cleans wounds, monitors vital signs.
• Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
• Monitors, records and communicates patient condition.
• Assesses, and plans for the care of assigned patients.
