Our SBHC Coordinator will implement health education services to diverse populations of adolescents in school and community settings. The SBHC Coordinator will also ensure that all grant outcome objectives are being met in accordance with timelines set out in the grant work plans in collaboration with clinical managers. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
Experience: One year of professional nursing experience in ambulatory care/school setting preferred
Certificate/License: Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Michigan; Certification in ambulatory care nursing or other nursing specialty is desirable; Current BCLS certification
