‍️ Position Overview

As a Weekend RN Supervisor / Wound Care Nurse, you will serve as the clinical leader overseeing resident care operations during weekend shifts—ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and support nursing staff to maintain high standards of care
  2. Oversee wound care treatments and ensure proper protocols are followed
  3. Conduct regular resident rounds to assess condition and quality of care
  4. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
  5. Communicate physician orders and coordinate care across departments
  6. Support infection control, quality assurance, and clinical initiatives
  7. Lead and mentor nursing staff during weekend operations

Qualifications

  1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state required)
  2. Minimum 2 years nursing experience
  3. At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  4. Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred
  5. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  6. Ability to manage staff and coordinate care across departments
