Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM and Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Deliver high-quality clinical care and patient assessments
Administer medications and monitor patient progress
Partner with interdisciplinary teams on individualized care planning
Serve as a clinical resource and patient advocate
Mentor peers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Mississippi
Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills
Professional communication and documentation abilities
