As an RN, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care, all while working alongside a leadership team that values your voice, expertise, and heart for service.
Available Shifts
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Deliver and coordinate skilled nursing care according to resident care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition promptly.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers with attention to detail and compassion.
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality, person-centered care.
Promote infection control, safety, and compliance across all care activities.
Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on respect and collaboration.
Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required).
Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Dependability, empathy, and a genuine desire to serve others.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
