Our PCU Trauma is a 24-bed unit, where you will be involved first-hand in providing care that improves patient outcomes and experience. Our specialty is providing care for traumatic brain injuries, and wounds. We are a fast-paced unit that is looking for energetic, dependable individuals to join our team and help to make a difference in our patient's lives. Teamwork is strong in this department, and support to be your best self is great. Our academic model and teaching orientation support learning at all levels, and is truly a collaborative environment between staff, physicians, and other therapies.

Job Details
Full-time: 36 hours per week, 3 12-Hour Shifts Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Must be available to work Holidays/Weekends
Enjoy a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential and an 18%-night shift differential, where applicable.

Position Summary
This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
