A Skilled Nursing Facility in the Okeechobee, FL area is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for overnight and leadership opportunities within a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
Current openings include:
- RN – 11:00 PM–7:00 AM Shift
- Weekend RN Supervisor
We are seeking dependable nursing professionals with strong Skilled Nursing experience who are comfortable working in a leadership environment and committed to delivering high-quality resident care.
RN Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and oversee resident treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor and assess changes in resident condition
- Maintain accurate documentation and EMR charting
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
Weekend Supervisor Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight during weekend operations
- Supervise nursing staff and support daily clinical workflow
- Assist with admissions, incident follow-up, and resident care concerns
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility standards
- Serve as a clinical resource and support staff as needed
- Help maintain quality care standards and smooth shift operations
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license required
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience required
- Minimum of 1 year of RN Supervisor experience required
- Prior experience leading clinical teams within a SNF setting required
- Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience with EMR systems preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
