Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Evening Shift
A skilled nursing facility in the Brooklyn/Queens area is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the evening shift.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all supervisory duties for the assigned unit
Assist in developing and implementing staff policies and procedures
Mentor and support nursing staff with clinical guidance and career development
Ensure high standards of patient care are consistently maintained
Review resident records and monitor quality of care
Address concerns from residents and their families in a professional manner
Act as a liaison between unit staff and upper management
Requirements:
Valid New York State RN license
Minimum 2 years of long-term care experience preferred
Prior charge nurse experience preferred
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with computer systems
Excellent communication skills
