Registered Nurse (RN) - Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, compassionate nursing care in a skilled nursing / long‑term care (LTC) setting
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
  • Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
  • Support overnight clinical operations while ensuring resident safety
  • Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary care team members
  • Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs
  • Complete accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance protocols

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Iowa (or ability to obtain)
  • Current, valid CPR Certification
  • Knowledge of skilled nursing and long‑term care regulations preferred
  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑centered nursing approach
