Registered Nurse (RN) - Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing / long‑term care (LTC) setting
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
  • Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status
  • Support daily clinical operations while ensuring resident safety and quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs and care plans
  • Complete accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance standards

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Iowa (or ability to obtain)
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred (not required)
  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑focused nursing approach
