Pay Package: $2,569 per week
Shift: 12 hour day or night shift (36/36)
Required Skills
- Active Colorado RN license or compact license
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Minimum of 1 year recent acute psychiatric experience
- Strong CPI / de-escalation skills
- Comfortable managing high-acuity behavioral patients
- Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts
- Flexibility to start roles on rolling dates
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience in behavioral crisis stabilization and medication management
- Excellent therapeutic communication and de-escalation skills
Preferred Education and Experience
- Associate or Bachelors Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- At least 2 years of relevant psychiatric nursing experience in inpatient settings
Other Requirements
- Willingness to undergo background check as per state law
- Ability to work unsupervised in a security-supported environment
- Strong interdisciplinary teamwork and clinical autonomy
