Your job is more than a job
You're the life preserver for countless patients because, as a Patient Navigator Nurse, you're the hub of your patients' multidisciplinary team advocating, interpreting, coordinating, educating, supporting, and counseling along their care journey. As a clinical resource with expertise in specialty care management, you are that critical connection and liaison for a patient population recovering from strokes, cancer, and long-term illnesses. You remain positive, upbeat and dedicated to assuring quality and focusing on achieving the best possible outcomes for your patients. You are the center of their universe and their rock, but you wouldn't have it any other way.
You give new meaning to a 9 to 5 schedule because caring doesn't stop just because you've punched a clock. If it were your loved one, you'd expect nothing less, so you give so much more. We love that about you.
Your experiences, knowledge, skills, empathy, compassion, and your "little something extra" all add up to you. And we're excited to get to know you and find out what you'll bring to this patient navigator nursing role.
