You will play a key role in onboarding, injury tracking, and supporting the development of consistent processes across multiple facilities.

This is not a traditional clinic nursing position. You'll have a high degree of independence and ownership while partnering with a supportive leader who values initiative and collaboration. You'll play an important role in strengthening Employee Health programs that support the safety and well-being of our workforce.

What You'll Do

Coordinate Employee Health Programs

  • Manage Employee Health onboarding requirements for new hires

  • Partner with Human Resources and leaders to create a smooth onboarding experience

  • Coordinate workplace injury, exposure, and return-to-work processes

  • Maintain documentation, track follow-up needs, and support compliance efforts

Drive Program Improvement

  • Help develop and implement Employee Health processes and procedures

  • Support consistency across multiple facilities

  • Help build and implement a structured return-to-work program, including process development, employee tracking, communication, and support for leaders and employees throughout the return-to-work process.

  • Conduct root cause analysis of trends and help develop action plans for improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve employee health, safety, and program effectiveness

Educate and Support Staff

  • Serve as a resource for Employee Health questions and processes

  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and staff across the region

Role Scope

  • Primarily outpatient-based position

  • Supports multiple Hi-Line facilities

  • Regional role with broad exposure and impact

  • Opportunity to help shape and grow the program over time

  • Independent position with significant autonomy

What You Bring

  • Current Montana RN license or Multistate compact license required;

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a medical setting such as a physician practice or hospital preferred

  • Employee Health or Occupational Health experience preferred

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • RQI Provider (BLS) required

Shift:

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

This is a part-time, 20 hr. week position that has the potential of becoming full time in the future. Schedule is 8 hr. day shifts.
