Pay range: $49.34/hr - $74.08/hr

Each RN Fellow is responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to individuals, families, communities, and patient populations while developing proficiency in their new specialty area. RN Fellows receive personalized mentorship, advanced skills training, and ongoing professional support within a collaborative team environment. Care delivery aligns with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act, the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, and the ANA Code of Ethics, as well as the standards of professional practice for the specialty. Professional accountability and engagement enrich the RN Fellow’s development as a leader and advocate for interprofessional collaboration, innovative practice, and life-long learning.
