$31.00 – $47.00/hour

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a supportive MedSurg/Telemetry unit in Show Low, Arizona. This is a great opportunity for RNs looking for strong clinical support, consistent scheduling, and excellent bonus potential.

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts (days or nights available)

• 36 hours/week guaranteed

• No cancellations

Unit Details:

• 10-bed MedSurg unit with telemetry capability on all beds

• Nurse-to-patient ratios:

  • 1:5 (days)

  • 1:6 (nights)

  • 1:4 (pediatrics, based on acuity)

• Float to other MedSurg units and ICU (MS overflow only)

Support Team:

• Telemetry technicians

• Charge nurse

• Health Unit Coordinators (HUCs)

• Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)

• Nurse managers provide oversight and support

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg/Telemetry setting

• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes

• Administer medications and treatments

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Document care accurately in EMR

Requirements:

• Active RN License (AZ or compact)

• 2+ years MedSurg acute care experience required

• BLS & ACLS required

• PALS preferred
