GQR Healthcare Perm is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg for a nursing job in Tyler, Texas.

Job Description & Requirements

Position Details

  • Department: Med/Surg
  • Shifts: 3x12s, Days & Nights available
  • Weekend Requirement: 5 weekend shifts every 6 weeks
  • Scheduling: Self-scheduling
  • On Call: None

 

Compensation & Incentives

  • Base Pay: Up to $46.40/hour (based on experience, will discuss in initial call)
  • Differentials:
    • Nights: +$4.50/hr
    • Evenings: +$3.50/hr
    • Weekends: +$2.50/hr
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Days / $10,000 Nights
  • Additional Perks: 2 sets of free scrubs and other items provided

Requirements

  • Active RN license
  • Experience:
    • At least 1 year RN experience with some acute care OR
    • 2+ years LTAC experience
  • BLS certification
  • Education: ADN or BSN accepted

At least 1 year RN experience with some acute care or 2 years LTAC BLS TX RN License
