Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-Time Evening Shift

Cascades at Riverwalk is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team in Midvale, Utah. We provide skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services in a supportive environment focused on resident-centered care and teamwork.

Schedule

  • Part-Time
  • Evening Shift
  • 6:00pm - 9:00pm OR 6:00pm - 12:00am

Qualifications

  • Current Utah RN license in good standing
  • Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn state and federal regulations related to skilled nursing care

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor residents and report changes in condition to physicians and family members
  • Order medications, supplies, and medical equipment as needed
  • Provide skilled nursing services including wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, suctioning, and other clinical interventions
  • Accurately complete charting and documentation in a timely manner
  • Advocate for residents and ensure care aligns with individualized care plans and resident preferences
  • Observe and monitor residents requiring ongoing clinical attention
  • Collaborate with the care team to provide safe, high-quality patient care

Our nurses care for geriatric residents who require 24-hour skilled nursing support and rehabilitation services. This role is ideal for an RN who values meaningful patient relationships and enjoys working in a team-focused skilled nursing environment.
