Registered Nurse (RN) – House Supervisor

The Registered Nurse (RN) – House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing facility-wide nursing operations during assigned shifts, ensuring quality patient care, staff coordination, and compliance with regulatory standards.
This role requires leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to manage operations in a long-term care environment.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of RN experience (Long-Term Care preferred)
• Active Pennsylvania RN License (Required prior to start)
• BLS Certification (AHA – Required)
• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of nursing operations and patient care coordination
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in house supervisor or charge nurse roles
• Familiarity with long-term care regulations and compliance
• Strong leadership and communication skills
