As the RN Clinical Branch Manager, you'll oversee the daily clinical operations of the branch while ensuring exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, and team engagement.
Responsibilities include:
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all patient care services and clinical staff.
Coordinate patient admissions, staffing assignments, referrals, and ongoing care planning.
Ensure timely initiation of care and compliance with Medicare, state, and organizational standards.
Review and approve individualized Plans of Care while ensuring physician orders are accurate, complete, and implemented appropriately.
Conduct and oversee OASIS documentation reviews to maintain quality and compliance.
Mentor, coach, and develop clinicians through regular communication, education, and performance feedback.
Partner with the Branch Director to achieve clinical quality, operational, and financial goals.
Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and developing clinical team members.
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, referral sources, and community partners to ensure coordinated patient care.
Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to continuously improve branch performance.
Provide field support and clinical guidance as needed.
Perform additional leadership responsibilities that support branch operations and patient care excellence.

We're looking for a clinical leader who is passionate about coaching teams, delivering outstanding patient care, and driving operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Minimum of 2 years of Home Health or Hospice nursing experience
Previous clinical leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation, OASIS, and home health regulations
Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems
Valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and current auto insurance
Willingness to travel throughout the branch service area
Physical Requirements: Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50–100 lbs.
