Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Training & Compliance (Home Health)
Carmel, IN
Part-Time (30 hours/week) | Temp-to-Hire (90 Days)
$40/hour

About the Role

Staffing Care Pro is partnering with a growing home health organization to hire a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to support clinical training, compliance, and caregiver readiness. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity ideal for an RN who enjoys a structured, office-based role focused on education, onboarding, and regulatory compliance rather than direct in-home patient care.

This role plays a key part in ensuring caregivers are properly trained, compliant with State of Indiana requirements, and prepared to provide safe, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and document pre-employment and ongoing clinical testing, including drug screenings and TB testing (initial and annual)

  • Conduct and track random drug screenings for active staff per regulatory and company guidelines

  • Maintain accurate and organized records for clinical testing, in-services, and compliance documentation

  • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate Core A and Core B training in compliance with Indiana regulations

  • Ensure training materials and documentation meet state and internal compliance standards

  • Provide education, guidance, and clinical support to caregivers and field staff

  • Monitor compliance timelines, proactively follow up with staff, and maintain training/testing logs

  • Partner with HR and leadership on onboarding, annual recertifications, audits, and quality assurance

  • Review documentation to identify gaps or compliance risks

  • Maintain a professional, confidential, and organized clinical training environment

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Indiana RN license

  • Strong understanding of clinical standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent communication and teaching skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple compliance processes

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with HR and leadership

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Home health, long-term care, or community-based healthcare experience

  • Experience administering drug screens or TB testing

  • Prior involvement in staff training, onboarding, or education

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to obtain Core A & Core B Instructor Certification within 90 days (company-supported)

Compensation & Perks

  • $40/hour

  • Paid holidays

  • Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment

  • Opportunity to convert to permanent employment
